QudoBeauty.com is operated by Qudo Korean Beauty Care SRL (“Qudo”, the “Company”), a wholesale supplier of Korean skincare products to business clients within the European Union. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be granted.

A. QudoBeauty is a B2B wholesale platform, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Overstock or unsold products

  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer

  • Packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself

B. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy and understands that all sales are final, unless the product is damaged, defective, or expired.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Expired Products

A. If you receive items that are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective upon opening

  • Expired at the time of delivery

If a refund or replacement is approved, Qudo will cover the return shipping costs only if the issue was caused by the Company (e.g., incorrect, defective, or expired product).

In all other cases, returns are not accepted and shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. No Returns or Refunds in Other Cases

To avoid misunderstanding:

  • We do not accept returns due to unsold inventory or over-purchasing

  • We do not process refunds for products that were opened, used, or damaged after delivery

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for promotional items, free samples, or discounted bundles
